Privacy notice
In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services. We only receive personal data if you write to us.
Effective: from 23 October 2026.
1. Controller
Optivise Hungary Kft. (email: see the contact page), hereinafter “we”.
2. What we do not do
- We use no cookies, neither for measurement nor for advertising.
- There is no analytics or tracking script (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).
- Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server, so no third party learns about your visit.
- There is no newsletter, and the contact form uses no third-party service or CAPTCHA.
3. Contacting us by email or the form

The contact form
What you enter in the form (name, email address, company, topic, message) reaches our mailbox as an email, and from then on we handle it like any other email: purpose, legal basis and retention as in the table above. The website server does not store the message. The exception is when the email cannot be sent at that moment: the message then stays on the server, outside the public area, until we can deliver it, for at most 30 days.
To filter out abuse (for example mass sending), we store an irreversible fingerprint of the sender's IP address, made with a secret key, for at most 24 hours. The form does not save the IP address itself. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The form uses no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.
4. Server logs
When you open the website, the hosting server keeps a technical log (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier). The hosting provider processes it under its own rules for secure operation and troubleshooting, based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not identify visitors from these logs or combine them with other data.
5. Processor
Hosting provider: Websupport Magyarország Kft. (mHosting), Fehérvári út 97-99., 1119 Budapest, Hungary, info@mhosting.hu. The website and its server logs are stored in Hungary, within the European Union.
6. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you; request correction, erasure or restriction; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and request your data in a machine-readable format. Write to us using the form on the contact page; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., 1055 Budapest, naih.hu (external link, opens in a new tab)) or go to court.
